Took 6 days off in the middle of the month, but used that time to do the elliptical. So--<br><br>
Running - 200.7 miles, as opposed to January 312.2 miles <img alt="sad.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/sad.gif"><br>
Elliptical - 129.7 miles

YTD: 424<br><br>
Race: Chili Bowl 5k (19:19)<br><br>
Lowest February in a few years. Frigid temps and a couple snowstorms has made it hard to get the desired volume. Looking forward to a better March.

8.4 miles for the month of February. <img alt="sad.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/sad.gif"><br><br>
I have been injured for the entire month with badly bruised ribs on the right side of my rib cage. When it first happened I was able to run a 16 mile road race that same morning. But I was in a lot of pain, and since then, I haven't been able to run without pain.<br><br>
I'm hoping another week or two and I can start back up again.

125 miles with 300 YTD. I happy with that considering I had a light week after the HM and traveled to Hong Kong for a week.

69.5 miles.<br>
My poorest month in several years. Most of the individual efforts were of historically bad quality as well. Some halfway decent ones toward the end, so I'm encouraged that March will be better.<br><br>
Alex, that's a nice base for spring track.
