Something about this:

7.5 miles swimming
8 hours on trainer or something.
110 miles running

Very happy with the pool work. Fairly happy with the run. Also pleased with the bike quality. Need to start adding more time, and should get some outdoor miles in March. With losing pretty much a full week with business travel (March will be same) I am doing what I can.

Great work everyone!

Me:

16 miles swimming
164 miles biking - combo of trainer and roads
63 miles running.

Throw in some weights (about 8 hours worth), some yoga (about the same), 5 hours of snowshoeing, and tons of stretching, you have a pretty good month!

Run: 65.1mi
Strength/Yoga: 13.5 hours (new PR for most cross-training in one month)

What a difference a month makes. At the end of Jan I would wake up every morning with severe back pain as I have for probably the last year. I could hardly bend over and up and I had that incident last November that landed me on bed rest and drugs. With just one short month of concentrated strength and yoga the pain is nearly gone and I can bend and twist without pain. The difference in strength in my core is night and day. Amazing. I have a long way to go but I am just amazed at the difference.
