<p>OK so the month's not technically over yet, but I can start this thread today since I'm taking the day off.</p>

<p>153 miles running from 23 runs</p>
<p>10 miles cycling from 1 ride</p>
<p>30 minutes elliptical from 1 workout</p>
<p>30 minutes soccer from 1 match</p>
<p>5 miles walking from 3 walks</p>

<p>2 races</p>
<p> </p>
<p>2/12 Couples 5k, Ft. Belvoir pacing DW to 35:27 finish</p>
<p>2/27 RRCA Club Challenge 10 Miler, Columbia MD, 68:45</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Yesterday's 10 miler was not an "A" race, more of a fitness benchmark to see where I am and what I need to work on in March, which will be my peak spring training month.</p>

<p>First goal race of the season comes 4/3 - Cherry Blossom Ten Miler.</p>
