nothing set in stone this month... hoping for 135-150 miles with at least 1 20-25 mile run. (4-5 hours on my feet is the more important idea)<br><br>
I am going to spend more focus this month on the single long run versus multiple long runs.

170-175 miles<br><br>
Starting some tempo running next week which I'm pretty new to. I've done runs at an increased effort, but this will be my first bout with specified tempo running ala Daniels. Looking forward to it.

Looking at maintaining 40mpw, so I should get 160-170 miles in of February

I'm hoping for about 150 miles in Feb. I have races Feb 16 and Mar 8, so there's going to be some tapering going on here and there...<br><br>
My race goal for the month is to finish the Moab Red Hot (55k ultra) faster than last year, which shouldn't be too hard, barring injury. I was injured last year.<br><br>
