Good morning peeps!

I was just too anxious to see if the yesterday's cortizone injection would make any differences to my run this morning. So totally ignoring 'easy few miles' by the podiatrist, but listening to Zdoc's input as a runner , I went for easy 5.5milers (a few miles ended up at MP, legs were too light due to not running two days in a row!). It didn't make differences, which is good because I wasn't feeling any discomfort/pain anyway before the injection. I didn't feel any zapping pain either during thorough stretching, which is very good. However, my R foot got jealous I think. Kind of noticed a little pull on the heel.

So, my plan is to run another 5 or so later today. Then back to full schedule of running this weekend. Will see.
