<p>Happy Father's Day to all the fathers out there....I guess that's all the men here.</p>

<p>9.8 miles in the woods this morning, longest run since injury in early April. Saw a doe with her newborn twin fawns....not much bigger than my cat, except their legs were longer.</p>

<p>Since hardly anyone posts here anymore, especially on the weekend, maybe we should just have a weekend thread instead of one for Sat & one for Sun.</p>

<p>Hey Johnny - congrats on your long run today. I see quite a few mule deer around here, but have never seen any babies. That would be a sight!  A combined weekend thread sounds like a good plan.</p>

<p>Afternoon all.   Happy father's day from me as well.  Really is interesting how fast life goes by.  Seems like yesterday my son was born.  Forever to get them out of the house.  Now we are meeting as adults.  Another blink of an eye and my kids will have me in a nursing home!!</p>

<p>No run today.  Heat index last couple days at 107.   Will start in ernest again tomorrow morning with a 10 miler.  YES.I.WILL.</p>

<p>I took yesterday off but got in a hard 45 minutes on the eliptical today followed by 30 minutes of not so hard as I dialed down the resistence.  After that, the family took my dad out for fathers day.</p>
