Hugs to BigG...

Nice runs so far today, RIL, Litch, Maria, KP, & T. Wow, that's a lot of AM runners!

I'm gonna get out for some speedwork this evening. I haven't decided if I'll do a long tempo run, or some fast intervals. I'm leaning towards the intervals because it's been longer since I've done a run like that...

By the way, Maria, I saw that you answered me the other day that you've registered for New Haven. Last year I did it in 1:36, and I was initially thinking of shooting for 1:30 this year. My thought was "Hey, it's only six minutes, it's not that much to chop off". But then I realized that six minutes is 30 seconds per mile, which means it'd require about a 7:15 pace. I think that would be biting off a wee bit more than I can chew. Maybe I can handle a 7:30 pace. You think you might want to try and run that with me?
