<p>Well, sorta fall...although it's currently 54, it's also almost 90% humidity and today will get up to 85.  I secretly kinda like the last "hurrah" though.</p>

<p>I'm up this AM and have no idea what to do.  I need to run something, but my body thinks I need to do 19... <img alt="smile.gif" class="bbcode_smiley" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies//smile.gif" style="width:1px;height:1px;"></p>

<p>Hmmm.  Maybe just 8-10 and we'll see how it goes?</p>

<p>Maybe I'll run a little this afternoon, though.  I guess we'll see...</p>

<p>Good morning!  I slept in until 7:30. Since WHEN is 7:30 really sleeping in? Whatever.</p>

<p>I'm gonna start up with strength training again, my arms are limp.  I really noticed it yesterday when I was donating blood.  echhhh.</p>

<p>I had a bowl of cereal - half FiberOne and half Lucky Charms. I think I'm on to something, they oughta add marshmallows to FiberOne cereal! So, digesting for a bit- I think I'll walk the dog, drink a little coffee and then I think I'll run a few miles. No pressure. <img alt="" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/smile.gif" title=""> I like it.   It's nice and cool out now but it's going to get toasty today, so I can't wait too long to get out there. </p>

<p>The rest of the day will be working in the yard.  That's going to be my upper body workout for the day. Cuz there's a lot to do.  Oy.</p>

<p>Four miles for me this morning.   Run/walk with my coworker.  Pretty pleased with the run overall.  I think I might be ready to start thinking about a real plan...</p>

<p>I am feeling quite soft around the edges given I slacked off the last 2 days.  Am going to try to pile on some miles this weekend - should be interesting trying to do it with our schedules.</p>

<p>On top of it being Chicago this weekend today is world championship in Kona.  Can't wait for NBC to announce when they'll show it in December.</p>

<p>5.3 miles this morning.  I really need to get over this cold though - the sudafed (and I mean the real stuff, not that PE shit that doesn't work - <em>DAMN YOU meth heads!</em>) wreaked havoc on my HR this morning.  It was a good 10 beats per minute faster than it normally is on a run of that effort.</p>

<p>Just finished up 5 miles. That's going to be my big run for the week. I'm going to take Gus for a walk next - he saw me change my shoes and is now trying to herd me towards the door. Patience, Grasshoppah.</p>

<p>ps. what a difference a day makes! Thursday it was 47° when I ran. Today it was 63 to start, 69 to finish. Oof.</p>

<p>Count me among those who ran 5 miles this morning.  Felt pretty good - better than yesterday.  Left calf a little tweaky.  Nothing a foam roller won't fix.</p>

<p>Ran 9 this morning.  We were supposed to have some tempo miles in there but I just did 2 miles faster than lrp and then 1 a little faster and then repeated.  Ended just under 10 min/mile pace.  meh.  Legs felt carpy and you can seriously feel the humidity out there. </p>

<p>I also slept in til 7:30 and it felt wonderful <img alt="smile.gif" class="bbcode_smiley" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies//smile.gif"></p>

<p>I ran three sucktacular miles.  1) it was hot and b) I think yesterday's blood donation was affecting me - I didn't pay much attention to rehydrating afterward.  Bad blood donor! Bad! BAD!</p>

<p>It's a beautiful day here.  But I'm on kiddo duty this afternoon, so I couldn't do a long run outside.  I just did an hour on the TM while she napped.  Well, at least I could watch football while I ran...  <img alt="" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/cool.gif" style="width:16px;height:16px;" title=""></p>

<p> </p>
<p>No fitness yesterday, but I did get some ART on my feet and lower legs.  That was definitely not a comfortable experience, especially with those feet tendons and muscles - ouch!</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Today I'll try to get in some walking - kinda' enjoying my self-imposed time off for now.<br></p>

<p>I actually got out for a nice bike ride this afternoon.  About an hour on a nice warm day.  First time since the tri, felt good.</p>
