<p>This is after a 49 mile week, which is huge for me. Lots of running before breakfast, too. The scale hasn't been nice to me.</p>

<p>No weigh in for me after the bad 24 hour race - Pulled plug @ 78 miles and 12:56. Now its time for a long period of not racing seriously and just training hard!</p>

<p>I will weigh again next Monday</p>
