Absolutely illegal and against all the rules Aija. (We all ignore them anyhow, so you can too.)

6.1 recovery paced miles (9:14) to give everything a break after yesterday's tougher Progression MLR. Nothing was bothering me really, just trying to do keep up with easy/hard/easy idea. Everyone enjoy the day and your runs!

"Is this illegal?" Haven't asked that since college

5.75 ez this morning but didn't feel so easy. Temps dropped from 45 degrees to 34 degrees in that 45 minutes. But; will be in mid 60's today and then too hot over the weekend.

Good Morning!

Nice recovery run Bill.
KS - that's funny about the temp dropping and then going up to 60. We're at 32 and expecting freezing rain turning to rain later. Enjoy your hot temps this weekend .
Pro - nice swimming.

Well, I've done three 5 mile runs this week and went crazy today and did 7 miles before the bad weather's suppose to come. It felt very slow. I suppose it's going to take some time to get back in shape.

Rest day today. yay! I'll take my butterfly hugs, thanks.

I'm working from home today to look after DD who (thanks for asking) is making slow incremental progress. She's still an official hazard to public health until tomorrow afternoon. Will go update the pushups and then lurk in and out from time to time.

ksrunr - don't go there.
lyndenrunner - that's a nice pace for a run like that IMO.

I did 6 miles this morning. Temp about 30 degrees and cloudy. Breathing issues early, then my back was a little sore. Looking forward to my ART session later.

Highly illegal but it's just how I wake up. Think I need some rest.

Hi Not-So-Little Econo.

Embarrassing Moment #52:

After today's Pilates class I went to apply a touch of Ban Paradise Winds Invisible Solid deodorant before returning to work. The applicator was nearly empty and as usual, the last of the solid broke free of the container as I was applying and white chunks fell to the floor. I returned to the library and while talking to a male coworker, I felt something inside my shirt near the waistband of my jeans. I pulled out my shirt tail and out fell a rather large white chunk of deodorant. His comment, "What the h3ll is that?"

Have a great weekend!

Choovie... Better than toilet paper stuck on your shoe... or your skirt tucked into your pantyhose...

MustangSally, so glad your daughter is on the mend!

Good morning kicksters! Thanks for starting aija! Jessie, weather is no excuse to avoid a campout, I think it is a moral issue. Back in the old day's, when I worked, I remember one of my fellow workers had toilet paper stuck coming out of the top of his pants, dragged nearly a whole role accross the room before realizing why everyone was laughing uncontrollably.

Don't know if we are going to have a caregiver up here or not, the grader hasn't come thru to clear the snow and it is barely managable with 4wd right now.

I ordered Galloway's "RUN TELL YOU ARE a Hundred" book and picked it up at the bookstore yestarday. I was disappointed, nothing new, lots of nice colors and photo's but no real content. I hate it when I get a book that I can read in one setting.

I'll have to agree.
Its obvious I've been hanging with a bad crowd.

Just got my laptop data retrieved after a month with no running schedule for 2008. Beth's putting together a group run for Sunday with dinner after.

I'll swap SAT and SUN and that gives me an extra "rest" day.
It's half of last Sunday's run, plus a 3.5 mile desent and all hills back to DAM.
I did it a few weeks ago, 24 miles.
I think Nick from Mt. Master's will show and a woman named Sarah, ??.

I doubt a little iffy weather will stop them.
Maybe my morals will improve if I hang with runners. ??
let's go run a few.
