I have recently lost quite a bit of weight. But I am finding that my waist has not lost at the same rate as my hips have.<br><br>
If I get pants to fit my waist, they are really loose in the hips and butt. If I get them to fit my hips, they are tight in the waist. (Typically Levis 550's but the same problems happen with any pants I wear)<br><br>
Any specific things I can do to help tone my waist so I can buy pants that fit?<br><br>
