So I looked thru our little On Demand menu and did a 10 minute core workout for runners. I notice at the end of my longer runs that my lower back is a little sore, so I so cleverly deduced that I need to work my core.<br><br>
It was a good little workout. It had several plank moves, some V-up type moves with the exercise ball (very hard for me!), a superman move on the ball, and some situps on the ball. We followed that up with more planks. Does that seem like a decent core workout?

I've done the pre-run stretch routine and it really warmed me up and loosened everything.<br><br>
I got it from exercise tv on-demand online.
