I think I could live on cereal alone-specifically Kashi cereal. Has anyone tried their Cinnamon Harvest and Good Friends Cinna Raisin Crunch?

I'm pretty sure Kashi is planning to take over the world by creating amazing cereals. At some point, they'll yank their cereals off the store shelves and demand to take over the reigns of power before returning them.

What cereals (cold or hot, whatevah!) do you eat?

That Kashi cereal does the musical fruit thing to me. I just cant eat it or everyone around me pays for it!

My favorite cereal right now is the cinnamon shredded wheat. I love the cinnamon flavor in cereals.

I'll bet you're referring to the Kashi Go Lean Crunch. That stuff does horrible, horrible things to me too!

I think one of the ingredients is chicory fiber or something odd like that.

really? Kashi Go Lean Crunch doesn't do that to me at all?? In fact, few foods do -- one of the benefits of being a vegemetarian, maybe?

My new favorite is Kashi's new Strawberry Fields, though I'm still partial to good old Grape Nuts w/ a tiny bit of honey. (talk about filling cereal!)

There was a very specific and embarassing incident that forced me to give up Kashi Go Lean Crunch. It was delicious stuff, though. *sigh* Maybe one day I'll buy a box and quarantine myself.

Then I had a Honey Bunches of Oats w/Almonds habit I weaned myself from since that's not the most nutritious stuff out there.

Has anyone had Kashi's new vanilla graham flavored cereal? I can't recall the exact name. It's supposed to enhance digestion. Don't know about that, but it's pretty tasty.

The other new cereal thing I've discovered is almond milk. Yum!

Almond milk is DEEELICIOUS with cereal.

I haven't seen that vanilla graham Kashi cereal yet. I should just buy stock in the company.

I need to hear your story about the kashi go lean crunch.

I've never met a cereal that I didn't like.

One of the (remaining) horrible eating habits that I have is reaching into boxes of cereal for handfuls of calories....bad bad portojohn

OK, I had it for breakfast this morning. It's called Kashi Vive. Very yummy with vanilla almond milk.

I triple heart the Vive....eat it in snackage form with a handful of almonds if there isn't any yogurt to mix in.

Our grocery store sells a brand named Sunbelt cereals. I'll tell you right now, their Banana-Almond Nut cereal is just plain evil. I could eat a whole box of it in one setting. Skip the milk, I'll eat it dry.

I like the Kashi Go Lean Crunch . I usually add dried cranberries
Our local supermarket chain has a store brand of this too which makes the price a bit nicer.

Kashi and it's fiber are reliable , shall we say, in an internal way for my family. In fact we have a joke that we are "kashing" out when headed into the bathroom!
