For me it seems to help reduce the aches, very soothing and it helps prevent middle of night muscle cramps - after a tough dance workout I wrap my calves like Tammy wrapped the horses. Nice hot epsom soaked towel wrap. If I could figure out how to wrap my whole body I would. I haven't done a whole epsom bath since probably my HIM in '08.</p>

I'm just trying to figure out if there is any real value here. I don't like baths, but I do want to do anything I can to speed recovery. Especially as the volume AND intensity ramp up (one or other, no worries, both.. eek eek !)</p>
