<p>Prae so sorry! Ya know, Philly and the surrounding area has some really wonderful schools, just saying!</p>

<p>BigG so glad DS is responding a bit. I will say it again cause it is just so true, you are such a great mom!!</p>

<p>Moe I will keep my eyes peeled, not too many places around here carry their products at all but Target does and well, I am sort of a target addict!</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Colin slept exceptionally well last night which = me sleeping well so wahoo!!</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Oh but if you have any extra vibes, please send them to a friend of mine, she just found out yesterday she has cancer. She has 4 kids, her 2 youngest are both almost exactly the same age as my 2. She really could use the mojo folks!</p>
<p> </p>
<p> </p>
<p>QOD: I will be joining Amy in Australia. I have always wanted to go there, might have had something to do with the cute musicians that call it home who knows!! My list is long though, would love to go to Germany, Greece, oh heck, really just about anywhere butplaces were civil unrest rule.</p>

<p>It's a gorgeous day here so I'm lovin' it! I hope the weekend is nice, too, because we're getting a ton of landscaping and such done. I finally talked my sister's company into doing it (they're usually too busy for family but they're getting us in this time). Can't wait to see how it looks!</p>
<p> </p>
<p>(((Prae))) That must sting, I'm so sorry.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Our police chief died suddenly on the weekend. He was only 49, two kids. He was such a wonderful person, it's a real loss to the community. He also was a runner and led a very healthy lifestyle. So the news of his death from a heart attack was even more of a shock. *sigh* Visitation is today so I'll try and get out for that. The funeral is tomorrow but without a police uniform on I don't think I'd get close to the place. There's police coming from all over Canada and the States.</p>

<p><strong>Wippy</strong> – glad to hear pops is doing better, my aunt had the 2<sup>nd</sup> of 2 back surgeries recently and we went to visit her last weekend. She had just been given the green light to shower after over a week, she said it was the BEST THING EVER! We were happy to have that happen prior to our visit <span><img alt="biggrin.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/biggrin.gif"></span></p>

<p>Australia: I have a fairly new, but very good friend now from Australia. She has been in every show at the club since Oliver! last year and she and her husband are the best. They are just wonderful people! Sadly, his company won't pay his housing stipend anymore and they are returning to Australia in about a month. I was talking to another friend about how sad I am they are leaving and I said, the problem with Australia, is it's a vacation commitment! If they were British? no biggie! there are cheap flights, get there in 7 hours, go for a long weekend! But Australia? a big commitment.

<p>Oh, Lena started taking a real interest in poop lately, asking a lot of questions and wanting to see Evelyn's diaper when I'm changing it. "Do dogs poop? Do birds poop? Do bugs poop?" I told her everything and everyone poops. She said, "Not my Barbie!" Just so you know!</p>

<p>Hi all - just busy, busy at work; I keep getting thrown random assorted tasks to handle and it's just eating my time away to get the priority stuff done.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Should've trusted my instincts - decided to hit up a newly opened sushi burrito place for lunch just now. It's actually decent tasting, but its not overly fantastico enough to change my general mindset on the stuff, which is decidedly meh. I've got the whole afternoon to decide whether I want to consume the other half or not.</p>

<p>That's a great way to do it too - once I stopped overly dwelling on that stuff myself, that's when things started happening.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>But then again, I went in an opposite direction and pretty much stopped dwelling on it, and then things pretty much stopped for the longest while afterward (until my most recent bolt of lightning)</p>
<p> </p>
<p>I kinda' chuckle at all those relationship books now - millions of them around, and for the most part they're only partially correct for most people<br>

<p>Having a fairly productive day today at work, and it hasn't been a bad week but dang, I wish it were the weekend already.</p>
<p> </p>
<p><strong>Fun:</strong> I finally taught myself crochet the other night, after having purchased the materials almost 2 months ago. Right now, I'm just practicing my stitches instead of working on something specific. My early rows were wavy but they are starting to straighten out now. <span><img alt="hello2.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/hello2.gif"> My first real project will probably be just a couple simple squares that I can then use as dish scrubbies, but my goal is to spend the summer making a scarf or two for a group my SIL and her sis founded to raise $ for brain cancer research.</span></p>

<p>Prae that totally sucks for you about your co-workers but hopefully you find something that you want to do in a location that you want to be!! I think the prospects are kind of exciting</p>

<p>I'm waiting for my mom to call on an up date on how stairs and crutch training went today. I'm sure my pop is probably very grumpy right now. </p>

<p>oh crud, I knew I was forgetting something. <strong>Prae</strong>, I'm sorry to hear that your contract isn't being renewed. Still, I think it will lead to good things down the road even (and perhaps especially) if you move out of higher ed and into another sector. </p>
