It is a super dose of Vit C, good for immune system and preventing colds. Has a lot of B vitamins in it too.<br>
Not sure Karen, it is a weird alka seltzer type of fizzy product.

I bought the Trader Joes version yesterday, not as tasty as the Emergen-C brand.

I LOVE this stuff!!! It is so good. I find it can also help ease a morning after a few glasses of wine the night before !
