Alright, let's hear them. What are your food sins during the Easter weekend? Will it be jelly beans, chocolate bunnies, marshmallow peeps, or eating too much at the family get together on Sunday?

For me, I just cannot seem to resist the draw of Reese Peanut Butter Eggs. I don't buy them, but you can be sure that they will end up in my house somehow (aka: two kids under the age of 12.) Jelly beans are a close second. They just seem to be so darn convenient to grab a few here and there and here and there AND here and there!

Being that I live in the South, there will be a big family meal on Sunday. It will include lots of things like mac and cheese, greens, a number of things fried, bisquits, a whole desert table...

Anyway, confessional is now open.

Well, I gave up sweets for lent. I am having a molten chocolate cake for dessert. I told my Mother I was bringing them, as the apple pie my Grandmother is bringing, just won't cut it after giving up sweets for 6 weeks.

Only problem is I just started Weight Watchers, so needless to say, I am saving all my flex points up to make sure I have the "budget" to eat my dessert.

Easter is an easy holiday for me! I don't do ham or all those weird "salads"....the only thing I really like is my mom's orange Jello layered "salad". But even that is not a big overeating food. Talk to me when the Christmas cookies start

My coworkers hate me right now b/c I've had a candy dish full of the cadbury dark chocolate candy coated eggs in a dish right by my door. I've had a lot of visitors

no easter around here anymore (since I'm Jewish now), but every year my dad sends me a big bag of spice jelly beans.

my current visualization to avoid the tons of easter candy around my office is to picture the candy stapled to my butt as I ride up one of the big hills around my house. it's mostly working.

I've NEVER liked peeps.
I can eat only SMALL portions of chocolate, I tell people it's an allergy...it's easier than explaining.

Jelly beans, on the other hand.....(*sigh*)
I just don't buy them anymore...or they'd get eaten in a single sitting.

There's a big dinner at my in-laws on Sunday and then we go to my parent's too. I'll be gaining back all 12lbs that I lost since the beginning of the year I am sure. If I can get a 3mi run in at my in-laws (love to run in their town) maybe I won't feel so bad and I'll only gain 11.5lbs back.

Reese's PB eggs. Yup. And I don't deny myself either. I eat one a day between Palm sunday and Easter. On Easter, I'll probably have two or three, then that will leave three or four more in that second box, which I'll ration out next week. Then they'll be gone again for another year. Sigh.

I hate Peeps..to eat but playing with them is pretty fun.

My vice is creme eggs. Not the new weird flavored ones, classic creme eggs. I have to have at least one..which reminds me that I need to go buy some.

We are having Prime Rib for Easter dinner this year.

I gave up pop for lent, so I plan on having a coke with my breakfast Easter morning.

I'll probably have a bit of Chocolate if the Easter bunny finds his way to my house this year.
