So what is everyone putting on their Easter table tonight?

We're having grilled rosemary lamb chops, roasted potatoes, asparagus, fruit tarts, and chocolate. Probably with wine to add to the Stag counts.

Good thing I'm planning on a run this afternoon.

Ham or lamb. It's Easter so you can swing either way.

Mr. Tithers saw pigs looking at him 2 months ago on a truck. We no longer eat ham as a family.

We bolted for church first thing this morning and had a big country breakfast Easter celebration afterwards. Organic ham, cheese grits, eggs (sunny side up) and toast. After our ride we had the usual breakfast (oatmeal). And, now dinner is leftover turkey burrito mix on top of polenta (ran out of tortillas!). Not the typical Easter fare, but we did have ham and turkey, so I guess it's not too far off!

Enjoy everyone!

Mr. T is sick. I am tired from riding my new boy.

So...pasta from a box and sauce from a jar.

I'm just grateful I can buy pasta and have a roof over my head.

Senior Miguel refused to eat it and went out to Taco Bell for a chalupa.

Think CS would approve of it going in the special needs bag at GCT?

Girl. GCT doesn't do special needs bags! You want it? Plant it in transition.

However...you must wait at the finish with a frozen margarita for me.

Good luck on keeping it frozen.

Hmmm.......
I'll figure out a way to do that!!

I may have to work on it, but I'm smart!
There will be a way.

Oh...I found out that my friend's condo in Orange Beach is RIGHT NEXT DOOR to the start/finish of my race in April. It's too expensive for me to get by myself....so they've rented it already to more people.

BUT........for IMFL, I'll have a place for sure!! I'll have to find out exactly how many beds there are and see how many people it'll sleep.
