Out the door at 4:00 am this morning in the Dark, windy, snowing and the crisp sound of running in fresh poweder. Just need to find one of those pastries to strap on my face that TB keeps talking about.

Who else likes to get up dark and early to get in a run, the main benefit is you get to suck in less car fumes in the morning.

I'm a convert, Roly.

I've had a hard time fitting in my runs and have to cut in on sleep time. I tried running in the evening, but I lose more sleep that way because I'm too awake after a run.

I try to hold off until 5-ish though...4AM seems more like last night than this morning.

HAHAHHAHAHA!!!!!

Yep I especially like hogging the road so I don't get relegated to the side of the road that's banked...

But that's a mighty fine idea, strapping pastries to my face, gotta keep fueling for those longer/lonelier/boring runs!

I have the same problem running at night, all pumped up and can't sleep. At least this way I can get in a nap at work.
