I found this online, I think it's the same recipe:

Old-Fashioned Pancakes

from Laurel's Kitchen, page 94

* 2 c whole wheat flour
* 1/2 c wheat germ, or more flour
* 2 t baking powder
* 1 tb brown sugar
* 1 t salt
* 2 large eggs
* 2.5 to 3 c fresh milk
* 2 tb oil

Stir together all the dry ingredients.
Beat the eggs lightly and combine with the milk, then add to the dry ingredients and stir briefly. Stir in oil.
Heat the griddle, until water drops dance on the surface. Only a little grease should be needed on the griddle. Pour the batter onto griddle by large spoonfuls. Cook over medium heat, turning once when bubbles come to the surface and pop, and the edges are slightly dry.
Makes 16-18 pancakes.
