Dreadmill settings?

Sitting in winter wonderland here. I need to get a 2.5hr run in today. Roads are plowed, but very icy. Looks like I'm stuck on the dreadmill at the gym. I've only run on one once... I'm needing to run 2.5hrs at about an 8:40 pace. What settings do I need?

Thanks! The last time I ran for an hour and was about ready to bash my brains into the wall. The gym is probaby closed anyway. Everything else is, and we're not seeing anything moving on the road this morning. So I'm probably going to be stuck on the ice. What really sucks is it's going to be in the 50's by the end of the week. Why am I doing a spring 'thon???
Sigh... still snowed in. Attempted a road run, and that just wasn't happening. So, tomorrow I'll be heading to the gym. Thanks for the suggestions!!!
