Parts of them were definitely crepelike, especially the edges. If I did it again, I think I'd add a bit more milk to make them thinner, and I'd sort of swirl the batter around to coat the bottom of the pan more for a thinner pancake. If I'd had anything in the house besides milk and blueberry pancake mix, I'd have just made regular crepes some other time. But they were ok for a pinch.
