I know that I don't. I need to get in the habit more often.

I've got a glass beside me right now. I hope to finish a few more by the end of the day.

Is consuming water easy for you or do you need more?

it is usually easy for me, but some days i get so busy at work that i do not have time to pee and then i want to explode But i generally (in addition to the water i drink during exercise) drink at least 3 sports bottles of water and some tea during the day.

I have a horrible time making myself drink water. I just dont like it. But I do drink a ton of Crystal Light. I know its not the same, but it is liquid, so I convince myself its ok as a substitute.

I try not to make a habit of lying to myself, but this just happens to be one of them that I cant break!

I think I'm always drinking -- mostly water but also club soda, Propel, juice, you name it. I do like Crystal Light, too.

My husband, however, is a camel. If I didn't remind him to drink, he would probably go days without liquids.

Ha! "pop"!!

I drink a lot too, I'm sure 75-100 oz. most days, usually some combination of water, tea, or the occasional diet soda.

Normally no, but it depends on what I'm doing. If I'm at work, I drink a lot... or just at home. However, if I'm running around doing errands all day I don't.

I dehydrate easily though. (At least, I feel sick when I don't drink the amount of water to which I'm accustomed, whereas my bf will go days without any pure water for liquids.) So I'm careful.

I didn't drink enough yesterday, and my run suffered. I felt slow and like I was running uphill the entire time.

I usually drink several water bottles full (16-24 oz) at work, and then I drink diet soda too. I know it's not great, but I don't drink coffee at all, and not much alcohol.

I always forget to drink at home. So I'm working on that. I'm usually super thirsty when I go to bed, so I need to make sure I drink a lot in the evenings too.

When I run on the treadmill in the gym, I consume about 40 oz water. Crazy, huh?

At school is usually pretty hard...I always start off good with breakfast and usually a bottle of water in 1st hour, but after that kind of forget until about lunch time. After that not much gets drank either so I'm always pretty thirsty at track practice. Guess I have another thing to add to my to-do list...

Yesterday I did a really good job...for the first half of the day. I had about 3 bottles of Gatorade filled with water. Plus breakfast so probably almost my day's reccommended amount. pretty sure I overdid that just a bit sicne I had to go to the bathroom after 3rd, 4th, and 5th hour. Now I know I can do the whole water thing, I just need to time things out a bit better.
