If you could start today all over again and change one thing, what would it be?<br><br>
I'd bring my phone with me so I could use the alarm clock and get a nap during lunch.

I would have had some insight that the pool would be closed when I arrived at 6:20 a.m. and planned a run outside instead. <img alt="sad.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/sad.gif"><br><br>
I then would not have returned to sleep on the couch when said pool was closed, resulting in a late arrival to the office. <img alt="sad.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/sad.gif">

I would have used the port-o-potty I came upon during the warmup walk portion of this morning's run instead of being forced to stop <i>during</i> my run and use one then...and having to wait because it was occupied.

I would check my messages so I could find out that the doctors office needed to reschedule me for the other office ( which is actually much closer to where I live) before I had driven all the way downtown to the main office only to have to turn around and drive to the other office and then wait an hour before I could be seen because they had scheduled someone else to see my doctor at that time when I didn't call them back.<br><br>
Grr...waste of time, at least they didn't charge me the copay for the hassle.

I would have eaten another meal before I worked out so I wouldn't have spent the rest of the afternoon with a horrible headache that wouldn't go away... and maybe could have gotten a run in.
