That's because I'm pouting since I had to scratch from Napa last weekend. <img alt="sad.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/sad.gif"><br><br>
My knee sort of blew up (not literally) a couple of weeks out and I had to shut down. I knew when it happened that I wasn't running any marathon, but denial is a funny thing. (I posted <a href="http://www.kickrunners.com/forum/showthread.php?t=22714" target="_blank">here</a> about it) I went to Napa anyway hoping that I'd somehow wake up on Sunday having made a miracle recovery. I didn't.<br>
Had an MRI on Tuesday and find out the results on Monday. Feels a lot like it did when I had torn cartilage. (20 years ago .... they did the surgery using a flint scalpel <img alt="wink.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/wink.gif">)<br><br>
