Ok Guys what should i have for dinner<br>
Dw is out and the Kids will have eaten already so what should I have for dinner (I will be doing a 90 min Trainer session- so either something v v light before or something better after )<br><br>

I'd go for a light snack first...banana, yogurt and something good later....<br><br>
Dinner tonight in the Boyle house is Chicken Provence, roast chicken with roasted tomatoes, garlic, onions, olives and capers, cooked with white wine.....and a salad.<br><br>

So Neil, what did you have?<br><br>
Menu says chicken marsala but I'm thinking a braised Cajun chicken over rice is sounding better.<br><br>
Oh and my quinoa experiment from last night rocked. <img alt="smile.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/smile.gif">

We're having pinwheel steaks (spinach and feta wrapped in steak) with sweet potatoes. Last night we had frozen pizza because of the caucus (kids were out until 8:45, then we had dinner), so we have to make up for that with something a little healthier! <img alt="wink.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/wink.gif">

Hmmm....might be a frozen pizza night now that I think of it. While some of these suggestions look good, I'm not terribly motivated to cook. I'll make some fancy veggie with it though to offset the unhealthiness of the frozen pizza <img alt="wink.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/wink.gif">

I ended up looking through my freezer and found some pizza dough that I had made 2 weeks ago - so that along with a tin of tomatoes and garlic and honey for my sauce - some peppers onions and mushrooms with some cheese and herbs<br><br>
