Not sure - DH is going to be home late, so I may have to just dig something out of the freezer for DD and I. Or I'll try to get some ideas from this thread

Probably some kind of food...that's about as far as we've gotten. Need to get back to the weekly meal planning, it kinda all fell apart during the Dad-in-hospital fiasco. (he's still in the hospital, btw, but doing loads better)

I don't know. It's got to be easy, after Ultimate frisbee. Maybe peanut butter sandwiches, and steamed asparagus. What a combo!

Sounds like many of us are having Chinese tonight. Probably not the healthiest thing to have, but hey, it's hump day and I'm tired.

Kristine--that sounds yummy! Chicken was on sale this week, so I stocked up. Think I might try that tomorrow!

Julie--the soup was a great hit! I used chicken, fiesta veges, half pint tomatoes, and chicken broth. Turned out really good!

The chicken turned out very yummy!!! Here is a hint, cover the pan with foil before you cook it. It kept the chicken and apples very moist.

We ended up with our normal Wednesday dinner of salmon, side of carbs (rice in this case) and veggies (brussell sprouts). One of my favorite meals, always results in a good swim workout and tonight was no exception.

Yeah, I was rethinking it on my ride. Pasta with olive oil, tomatoes, and asiago cheese won out and actually tasted good with the asparagus. Thanks for the nudge. I needed it. I need to spend the weekend planning meals for the week. Increased training has me scrambling for ideas and time to cook.

Beth: I usually do the weekend menu/plan/grocery shop and it works well. My DH loves it to, he likes to know at 9 am what he is having for dinner that night! LOL
