<p>It's Crazy Tuesday with work, soccer practice, etc. so we're having meatloaf melts with the leftover meatloaf from the weekend and potato chips. Quick & easy!</p>

<p>Baked sweet potato fries and chicken w/brown butter sauce.  Mix up a salad for good measure.</p>

<p>No idea what's for dinner -- DH gets home before me, so he starts dinner everyday.  When he was out of work, I would come home each day to a wonderful, big dinner that he had slaved over, but now we're flying by the seat of our pants and are back to scrounging in the fridge and getting pizza a lot more often!</p>
<p> </p>
<p>If I had to guess, I'd say that he probably will stop to get one of those prepared chickens and will make some sort of exotic sauce for it, and rice and some veggie.  We particularly like peanut thai sauce or a coconut sauce, but sometimes it's marinara or basil pesto or whatever is at hand.</p>
