We've got quinoa pilaf with sauteed wild mushrooms & tallegion cheese on the menu.

Bamboo steamed haddock, broccoli & cauliflower and basmati rice.<br><br>
For lunch I made my own maki with cucumber and avocado. Yum. I found this cool kit at the supermarket and gave it a try. I'd like to try again with bigger sheets of nori and more ingredients.

We had turkey-bison meatloaf with roasted tomato sauce....and I must add it was one of the tastiest meatloafs (meatloaves?) I have ever made. And of course you can't have meatloaf without mashed potatoes, so we had those too with some steamed broccoli to round things out.
