Got a pork loin I just defrosted. Will mariante it all day in teriakey sauce (ok so I don't know how to spell it).

3 weeks ago I would have served it with rice, but now, a salad and will steam one of the frozen bowls of edaname I got from costco. The kids love them.

Steak and eggs with pancakes tonight. Needed to use up a leftover steak, this seemed like a fun way to do it.

Recipe here....One very key change. Do not use the Heinz chili sauce called for in the recipe...makes for a rather icky end product. I use the Thai sweet chili sauce you can find in the Asian aisle, usually the Mae Ploy brand.

Sadly I have no ideas for you. DD is staying with grandparents tonight, and DH is out of town. I will likely have a nice, big bowl of cereal. And maybe a glass of wine to go with it Hmmm...red or white with my Kashi Heart to Heart?

What's the wine to match with Lucky Charms?
or Fruit Loops (aka froo froos)?

Spicy Vegetable Dhal for me tonight - I found the recipe online - The link is below - It is really nice on its own with Naan or Chapatis or add a serving of Tandorri chicken or curried lamb to make a feast

Really healthy and low fat

If anyone decides to follow the recipe then I usually add extra lentils (Normall 150-200g instead of the 1200 in the recipe this makes it slightly thicker

http://www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/1...-casserole.jsp

Lucky stars cereal. It's the Malto Meal version of Lucky Charms but it has more marshmellos. Crap this means I have to go to the store to pick up milk. I hate Sconie weather. Seriously we don't need stupid 60 mile and hour winds.

Julie--what's your recipe for mexican casserole?

We had burgers, baked beans and french fries. Not too terribly creative. I've been busy working on a quilt for Grandma.

Strange dinner again tonight... spinach and ricotta ravioli (just a few for taste) with a marinara sauce and parmesan flakes (ok you got me, I had this just for the parmesan flakes, I hate the powder dried up stuff!) and some spicey tofu and meat dish with seafood stuffed tofu.
