<ul><li>Saute sauage with a little olive oil (I ususally use turkey or chicken, whatever you like)</li>
<li>Add chopped onions and garlic to pan once sausage starts to carmelize. Add a little handful of crushed red pepper if you like spice.</li>
<li>Once onions are getting a little cooked, add some white wine (not necessary but nice)</li>
<li>Add a can of chopped tomatoes & the beans, season</li>
<li>Cook for 20-30 minutes until the sauce thickens a bit</li>
