Chicken Provence, new potatoes, salad.

Yes, I know I have made this 3X now in 5 weeks, but it is soooo good and sooo easy! Plus the carcas and awesome for stock.

I make it pretty much as written, but add a cup of chicken broth and a cup of white wine to the bottom of the pan, it makes a great pan gravy. Then I take the carcus and make chicken broth.

http://www.epicurious.com/recipes/food/views/241766

What are you having?
Dinner at the parent-in-laws. Don't know what we're having, and don't care - I'm just happy that I won't be cooking!
My Daughter 16 Yo Is Cooking Dinner Tonight.all I Know Is It Involves Chicken. I Have To Wait To See What Else She Cooks Up. The Good Thing Is The Mil Is Helping Her Out. I Can Already Say No Matter What It Is Or How Over Or Under Cooked It Is. I Can Say It Will Be The Best Meal I Have Ever Had.
I think either stir fry or chicken pot stickers. I still have no voice, but I can finally eat again yay! so it has to be something really yummy! At the moment I'm thinking pot stickers.

yum! that does sound good! I might have to stop at the store and get some fruit on the way home
do you have a pot sticker recipe or would you like mine? I only have that one on paper (at home of course) but I think I have it memorized. Just let me know if you'd like it.

I've never used this recipe (it was the first thing that came up on google with a picture), but it looks pretty similar to mine. They're yummy and resonalbly healthy
that's pretty much what mine look like too but I can't eat the pork ones. Mine have a touch of cabbage in them, shredded carrots and chopped shrimp. I steam them in a pan and then take the lid off toss in a bit of olive oil and make them brown then eat them with soy and rice.
hah, I had rice with a little bit of parmesan. but I was lazy and used the boil-in-bag instead of dragging out the rice cooker. actually, not lazy since it's not like the rice cooker is work, more like impatient.
Don't laugh - it's not as sophisticated as most of your dinners - I "made" shake and bake chicken drumsticks with salad with diced avocado and balsamic maple dressing... I ate alone tonight but when everyone gets back and if there's still some left tomorrow morning, I'm taking it to work for lunch!
