Chicken Provence, new potatoes, salad.<br><br>
Yes, I know I have made this 3X now in 5 weeks, but it is soooo good and sooo easy! Plus the carcas and awesome for stock.<br><br>
I make it pretty much as written, but add a cup of chicken broth and a cup of white wine to the bottom of the pan, it makes a great pan gravy.
