Seared crispy-skin chicken thighs with sauteed chard. Chicken will be brining in OJ and spices overnight. I was thinking of picking up some bread but I found a recipe for a whole wheat beer bread that looks good. I think I'll bake tomorrow.

Have you had the TBD red before? Hobey and I had a bottle a while back and chose not to finish it. It certainly was not to our tastes. It was harsh and tannic.

Tonight it's off to Teppenyaki Japanese (which is where they cook on the table). Was the first "grown up" place I ever took DW. We've gone there for almost 14 years now. Prior to DW, my dad took me there a few times and got me hooked. Makes Bennihana look like McDonalds. Good stuff. Yum.....
