We ate out at a local place with a couple of friends I had a nice fra diavalo sort of thing with scallops and octopus. Not bad!

I made a BBQ pork loin. It was very yummy. Made Hobey's Tuscan White Beans. Great substitue for potatoes!!!

Glad you liked them. You can use the same technique to make refried black beans. Just ditch the rosemary, saute some chopped jalapeno in with the onions and add a little cumin. Makes great burrito filling.
