<p>We have leftover corned beef from our post-race bash so I'm planning on using some of the lovely dark rye that MBannon & family brought over and grilling the beef with Irish cheddar, horseradish, and kraut in my panini press.</p>

<p>So the Bannons show up yesterday with a lovely hostess gift containing a loaf of the aforementioned dark rye, a loaf of olive ciabatta, some chocolate chip cookies, a bottle of rye ale, a bottle of wine, and a coconut. Random! Their DD picked it out and they figured if anyone could do something with a coconut, it would be me. <span><img alt="dontknow.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/dontknow.gif" style="width:37px;height:15px;"></span></p>
