<p>A friend of mine is starting up a small biz for French charcuterie and is giving out samples in advance of getting his permits & licensing straightened out so we're having some of those samples tonight!</p>

<p>I've discovered this pre-made uncooked pizza dough at the grocery.  It sells for 2.49 and I can get two crusts out of it.  For that price I can't justify making my own dough!  So, we're having pizza and salad tonight.</p>

<p>DW made crockpot chili last week so I am going to have leftovers for dinner when I get home from work.  She made it with ground chicken and tons of veggies.  It's really good.</p>

<p>I refuse to turn on the heat in the house and it is so cold that my pizza dough didn't thaw out in time.  So we're having a "snacky" dinner...Crudites, cheese and crackers, pickles, olives and soup.  Oh well, the kids will like it.</p>
