Well, I dragged out the cooking light/weight watchers/healthy cooking books over the weekend and now have a pretty good line up for this week.<br><br>
Tonight is Asian soup with pork meatballs, mushrooms and bok choy <img alt="smile.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/smile.gif"><br><br>

I think we're going to try the whole wheat tortilla pizzas that was posted over in the food forum. Big side of kale and probably some Easter chocolate for dessert <img alt="smile.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/smile.gif">

Top your own baked potatoes for us with cheddar cheese sauce, steamed broccoli, crisp bacon, sour cream, etc.

Leftovers= roasted chix drumsticks, grilled pork loin, rice + salad and fruit.<br>
We are going away next week so we need to eat what is already in the fridge.<br>
This will be creative week.

I have a frozen pizza in the freezer, that is looking pretty good right now. I should make my own with some Naan flatbread, but I don't have any fun toppings. Oh, and fresh steamed asparagus.
