Meatloaf. Hubby is pissed. Meatloaf is for Wednesday. Friday is pizza. But, I had to open a package of ground beef for the chili last night, so went ahead and made the rest of it into meatloaf to bake today.

Turkey and bison meatloaf, mashed taters, green beans. For dessert making one of those magical cakes that turn into cake with chocolate sauce as it bakes. Hmm....never realized it but I must be craving some comfort food today.

Leftovers from yesterday. Chicken & pasta salad. Of course will reheat all parts separately and add fresh spinach leaves. Will post recipe on my Bliss blog later on for those interested. Had to post a pic of it since it was sooo delicious and healthy and easy to make. I hate Excel but JMP can't do what I want. *sigh*
