I'm so tired. Thankfully there are leftovers - vege pasta. Does anyone else crave carbs when they are tired? Yesterday, I had a sandwich for lunch, pasta and bread for dinner, then a small PB sandwich for a snack later. I feel a little bready today.

NH is too far so we'll be having basil pesto with multigrain penne. I don't think I have pine nuts but I'll improvise with walnuts, almonds, or hazelnuts.

Tonight is kinda going on a date night. Every year Madison has restaurant week so a bunch of places have 25$ 3 course meals that they feature. So Wed night a friend from high school and I went out for 25$ all you can eat sushi where I ate more sushi than I have ever in a life time.

Tonight's dinner is at a place that is near and dear to my heart Erin's Snug Irish Pub where I requested a table right by the field stone fire place!

Dinner is some sort of app, a steak and Guinness Chocolate cake for dessert. I can't wait!!!

Feeling guilty about not going to two coworker shindigs tonight, but I just wanna have an easy night in. Probably having pizza. There's a great chain in town that makes a pie called Fetalicious. So tasty!

We're having some kind of food tonight, probably with a side of something topped with something else. Something to drink. Pretty standard fare for a Friday evening.

Salmon and couscous and some veggie. Pretty standard evening meal. Probably finish off the bottle of french red sitting on the counter. It is a nice mellow one that never fails me.

I'm thinking fish tacos tonight, although no panko tilapia at my store so it'll be grilled tilapia instead. Some friends want to hang out this weekend but I'm not sure if they're available Fri or Sat so we may end up going out to eat with them instead.

Well, it was going to be salmon on the grill but *someone* forgot to take it out of the freezer. That would be me. I guess we're ordering out.

Sadly, either spinach pizza (if I'm not eating alone) or frozen stuffed halibut (if I am)... Either way, something out of the freezer. I'm craving grilled salmon now from the previous post...

Was gonna go out but delivery just came and we got a few truckloads of snow that will be sticking around for a good while...

once again, I did not have turkey burgers (ended up eating leftovers, as I was not motivated to cook). perhaps we will have them tonight, or we'll have whatever is next on the list (which I think was some sort of chili).

I went to a funeral before going to work today (mother of a friend, not unexpected) so I forgot to bring my lunch, and forgot to look at the menu for tonight. I get all messed up when I don't stick to my routine.
