I've had the worst time getting my orthodics right...I'm went to the sports dr(s) that all the athletes go to for footie problems.

Round 1...right arch cutting in, blisters

Round 2...right arch too much support, still cutting in blisters. Oh...and left one was too SHORT!

Round 3...in break-in period...just put them in my asics...going shopping. I won't run in them until I've put a week of walking around in them.

If this doesn't work, I think I'll throw in the towel. Tri training is about to really pick up next cycle...unless Sheldon grounds me again. Don't need to add new things in when training gets "more 'funner' "

Tithers - did you see Dr Julien or one of his assocs? Maybe time to switcharoo?
Me not so impressed.
Just sayin'

In all fairness, saw him once and never got to followup, but he didn't followup on his end with the referral. So, again me not so impressed.

Nice enough and I'm sure very competant, but he talked to me for 15min, diagnosed me with possible compartment syndrome (which was wrong), said he'd refer me to someone in chicago and never did. I had to call 3x to get that referral. And then guess what? He referred me to my current group.

But I got a nice copy of Dr Julien's book
