I'm no where near qualified to offer any advice....<br><br>
I started at Green Lake yesterday morning to do my long run (10 miles - would have been the first time going that far) and made it 4 than tanked. Never had that happen before. I can always push through and get the miles done. Frustrated and disappointed. I'm doing last week's schedule over again this week and will try for the 10 again nex Sunday.<br><br>
Hoping to help out at the Green Lake Endurance run - have to check our schedule.
