Am I screwed? I had an 18 miler planned but was camping with the family all weekend.<br><br>
All kinds of physical activity. Lots of swimming and kayaking. Some hiking and biking, and a little trail running with the DD, which I really enjoyed and made me feel like a kid again.<br><br>
On the up side my feet and legs feel rested and my PF has had a chance to calm down. Down side is I'm tired, but its a good tired not the fatigued kind.<br><br>
Should I adjust my schedule or just stick to what's left and keep going?
