Every time I go inside from outside I start to cough bad. I have an inhailer and all of that crap but ever since I started getting sick all winter it has gotten worse.<br><br>

I haven't had any contact with the ebola virus in 8 years... I also haven't been tested for ebola in 5 years so maybe I should get tested again.<br><br>
Maybe I got the bird flu from my roosters!!

Inhaler.. you have asthma right ? It's being provoked by allergens.<br><br>
( You can take Magnesium and that helps HUGELY with asthma. I take about 800 mg a day and hardly have had to use my inhaler even for sports over the last year.)<br><br>

As for the allergies do things actually have to be in bloom for the allergens to come out? It's snowing and miserable here and I have yet to see a bud on the tree. I've never had allergies before so this is a new thing for me and I will totally look up the magnesium and see if I can get some this weekend.<br><br>

um I have a coffee mug that says I see dumb people. A page a day calendar with stupid stuff people say a GW calendar that is a count down to him being out of office and a calendar that the kids of co-workers made and one of the pictures looks like "mr. happy" I have a cool head set and some xmas ornaments too. That's it. My cube is borrring
