<p>Rats. I put in almost 30 miles in the snow but still gained 1 lb. Too much pumpkin pie. A slight gain during the holidays isn't a big deal, as long as it stays slight.</p>

<p>I posted an interesting youtube video over in the extreme (ultra) thread, but nobody has posted a response. It's titled "Hey, look who I found on youtube". Go take a look and guess the identity of the mystery runner :)</p>

<p>I am fat, nuff said... these holidays are Kickin my Arse... and will this month please exit the building! I have not done Shit since Sundays run and even that one was shortened by my families christmas...</p>
