<p>hmmm, well I did it to myself, my wife brough home fudge and other junk food, so I ate it and I ate all of it!... plus some cocktails...</p>
<p> </p>
<p>good note though I did have a good week of total exercise, 12 hours and 28 minutes total... I have a feeling that the weight is not going to happen by dec 31st, I have at least 3 more holiday partys plus two family christmas gatherings and a new years eve and day....</p>

<p>I missed reporting last week. Put back on everything I lost. Damn pumpkin pie and ice cream.</p>

<p>But I have gotten back to some running after the sore throat. I suppose I should be happy to get to Jan 1 still at 220lbs.</p>

<p>The extra 4 lbs of clothing is making the runs more strenuous. I end up in a good sweat even at 5 below zero.</p>
