Had to share another Dear Mommy...<br><br>
Dear Mommy and senior daughter:<br>
Don't ever email me at 6:13pm on a Sunday evening asking me to write you a college recommendation that is due on Tuesday. I haven't had you in class since 10th grade. Also don't tell me that my stellar colleague who teaches art (and is a National Board Certified Teacher, & is currently working on her masters at Dartmouth) whose beautifully written rec isn't "enough" for the college of your choice isn't an "academic" teacher.<br>
Do you even realize that you could have asked me at least a month ago or even back in September like the 20 other students who have asked for recs did? Of course not. I have nothing else to do in my job or life.<br>
