10 miles done, 40 points.<br>
20 minutes ab/core workout, 4 points.<br>

Good morning. I have a badly spasming shoulder & neck, so I'm keeping it light today. 1/2 mile walk and 60 minutes of yoga. 14 points for Team H!<br><br>
