<p>11 miles around the rock (Stone Mountain) at 7:00 this morning.   Plus since I'm too cheap to pay the park vehicle entrance fees I always have to park in Stone Mountain village and run 1/2 mile to the West Pedestrian gate which adds a mile total to my run.  All total 12 miles in 2 hours 10 minutes.  It was a little humid but not too bad.  48 points so far for team Five Guys.</p>

<p>Unfortunately after the run I went to a restaurant and really had way too much to eat for breakfast so later this evening I'll have to do some weights as well as eating less to make up for that faux pas.</p>

<p>8 miles running (2.25 miles warmup, 5k race, 2.5 miles cooldown), .5 mile walk + race bonus = 39 points, Team Two</p>

<p>I'm way behind in logging workouts and points.  This is Saturday's thread, right?</p>

<p>9.5 miles + 1/4 mile cooldown walk = 37 points</p>
<p>10 minutes of stretching = 2 points</p>
<p>900 yard swim = 9 points</p>
<p>TOTAL = 48 points for Team 2</p>
