<p>3 mile run = 12 points</p>
<p>26 minutes alternate (squats, pushups, abs, lunges, dips, etc) = 5 points</p>
<p>TOTAL so far = 17 points</p>

<p>54 minutes of Spinning = 18 points</p>
<p>45 minutes stretching, foam roller (that thing is from hell), and weights = 9 points</p>
<p>TOTAL for this workout = 27 points</p>
